super place to stay, folks

nice staff close landmark good food helpful service
we stayed few nights. the hotel sits near popular sites. hagia sofia and blue mosque are close, i think. the restaurant food tastes so good. aydin, who helped with luggage, was really nice and helpful. his service. the team at reception helped us a lot too.
the air conditioning did not worked well, so it was a bit hot sometimes. the staff tried fixing it, but it took some time.

my room featured a well stocked minibar with a variety of beverages and snacks. the bathroom included complimentary toiletries and a powerful hairdryer. i appreciated the proximity to the city's historical sites. a tram stop was also nearby, a very short walk from the hotel.
i found the in-room safe difficult to operate due to unclear instructions. better instructions are necessary.

dirty bathroom knee height window
the location was acceptable shops were close by restaurants were nearby.
room 111 was not clean the windows were knee height that was pretty weird. the bathroom was grubby the shower screen squealed when we tried to close it it was annoying. everything is glued or grouted but excess was not cleaned away so it is also very untidy.

noisy air conditioning unstable water temperature
my room? not so great. the air conditioning sound like a jet engine. also, the shower had this temperature issue. it went from freezing to scalding without warning, that was fun. honestly, it was like a bit of a lottery every time i showered

The on-site restaurant was very nice. I dined there both nights. The gardens are beautiful with varied flora. My room had a unique charm, it was unlike typical hotel rooms.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and I found the coffee was served in paper cups.

A Truly Nice Stay

excellent service helpful staff ideal location reliable wifi
The staff provided excellent service. Elvin and Levent assisted me with my room, taxis, and local guidance (they were helpful). The hotel's location is ideal near the Grand Bazaar and Blue Mosque. I explored many sites by foot. The WiFi worked reliably throughout the hotel.
